Step 1: Chip (IC) Sourcing & Incoming InspectionWe source only SLE 97/78 series high-security chips from Tier-1 suppliers like Infineon, NXP, and ST. Upon arrival:

  • X-Ray fluoroscopy checks internal bonding
  • ATE automated testers verify read/write speeds ≥ 800KB/s
  • Rejection rate strictly < 0.03%
Only 100% verified chips enter the empty SIM card production line.

Step 2: Chip On Board (COB) EncapsulationInside our Class 10,000 cleanroom:

  1. Die Bonding — precision placement on gold-finger substrate
  2. Wire Bonding — 25μm gold wires connect 6–8 pads
  3. Glob Top — epoxy resin seals at -40°C to +85°C tolerance
  4. Coplanarity test < 0.05mm per module

This forms the golden chip core of your blank SIM card.


Step 3: Card Base Cutting & LaminationUsing imported TESLIN® synthetic paper + PVC/ABS composites:

  • CNC precision cutting → ±0.02mm accuracy
  • High-pressure lamination → 180°C / 160bar / 25 mins
  • Ultrasonic cleaning → removes micro-dust, zero static

Supports 2FF / 3FF / 4FF / Triple-Cut formats.


Step 4: Chip Embedding & High-Frequency Welding

  • Mühlbauer ICM 3600 embeds 3,600 cards/hour
  • Induction welding ensures 100% electrical continuity
  • Impedance test: 50Ω ±5% per card

Chip and card body are permanently fused — no detachment, ever.


Step 5: Electrical Initialization & Blank State Programming (Core of Empty SIM Cards)

  1. Connected to Gemalto DHD initializer
  2. Erase all preloaded data (IMSI/KI/OPc)
  3. Write blank file system (DF_GSM / ADF_USIM)
  4. Lock ADM keys — programmable only by authorized clients
Output: 100% blank, fully programmable empty SIM card — supports OTA / USIM / CSIM injection.

Step 6: Printing & Personalization

  • Heidelberg 6-color UV press → 1200 DPI resolution
  • Supports CMYK + spot gold/silver + foil stamping + embossing
  • Custom logos, serial numbers, barcodes, magnetic stripes

Step 7: Final QC & PackagingEvery blank SIM card passes 7 rigorous tests:
