Chip and Packaging

HKCARD uses a 32-bit core eSIM security chip with 512 k or 2 M Flash NVM. The package options fit standard device layouts and keep the overall footprint small.

Operating System

The OS meets GSMA SGP.22. It works on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks. Mainstream international algorithms are supported.

Production Process

HKCARD handles both wafer-level personalization and packaged personalization. The line holds GSMA SAS-UP certification. This covers the full path from silicon to ready-to-use eSIM.

LPA Implementation

A reference LPA is available for Android, Linux and RTOS. Most customers can use it without writing their own code or changing the board layout. Mainstream PIN assignments are already supported.

Performance Details

The 32-bit core and up to 2 M Flash let a single card store as many as 10 profiles. Devices stay connected even when operators change.
