The kit is specifically designed for Windows operating systems and is not compatible with macOS. Write Critical SIM Parameters

With the included personalization tools, you can read and write the following data onto a blank USIM card:

  • ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier)
  • IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity)
  • KI (Authentication Key – NOTE: writing only; direct reading of KI from a protected card is not supported)
  • OP / OPC (Operator Code / Operator Code Configuration)
  • PUK (Personal Unblocking Key)
  • ADM (Administrative Code)
  • SMSC (Short Message Service Center number)

Important: The software cannot read back protected data such as the KI code directly from a card that has already been locked or provisioned by an operator. This is a hardware/software security limitation, not a defect.

  • macOS Support: Not available. The software and drivers are designed exclusively for Windows environments.
  • Driver Installation: The reader uses a CCID‑compliant driver; Windows should automatically recognize it. In some cases, a driver from the included CD may be required.
  • Software Interface: Simple graphical UI for selecting card type, reading current values, and writing new parameters.

Important Usage Notes – Professional Engineers Only

Please read carefully before purchasing:

  • Professional Knowledge Required: This kit is intended for telecom engineers, SIM card developers, and network security professionals who understand ICCID/IMSI/KI concepts, authentication algorithms, and smart card file structures. If you do not have this technical background, please do not buy this product.
  • KI Reading Limitation: The tool cannot extract or read the KI code from a previously provisioned SIM card that has its security locked. KI can only be written to a blank card.
  • Blank Cards Only: The included SIM cards are blank; they contain no phone number or service. You must program them with valid, authorized operator data before use.
  • Windows Only: Do not attempt to run the software on a MAC or Linux system; it will not function.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure you have the legal right to program and use the IMSI/KI combinations you write onto the cards.
