If you’re building a telecom test bench and need a simple way to program test cards, this kit bundles the basics: a USB SIM/USIM card reader writer, 5 blank rewritable USIM cards, and SIM personalize tools for Windows.

It’s made for engineers and lab users. It is not a consumer product, and it’s not meant for “copying” a live operator SIM.

Key points (please read before ordering)

1) Windows only

The included software runs on Windows:

• Windows XP
• Windows 7 (32/64)
• Windows 10
• Windows 11

Not supported: macOS and Linux.

2) You cannot read protected Ki from an operator SIM

A common misunderstanding: “reader/writer” does not mean it can extract secret keys from an existing SIM.

This kit cannot read out protected/encrypted data such as Ki from a real carrier SIM card. In normal telecom security design, that information is not readable.

3) Blank cards ship with no subscriber data

The included USIM cards are blank and rewritable. Out of the box they will not provide voice/data service until you personalize them and provision them in your test environment.
